METHODS THAT WE USE FOR BONDING EMPLOYEES

WORKSHOPS

Using a variety of techniques, employees interact with one another and get to know their fellow workers as human beings as opposed to job titles or cultural backgrounds. This allows them to get past initial bureaucratic concerns or racial differences and to begin pulling together in unified purpose.

ACTIVITIES
