THEY improv now operates in Taiwan to provide team building on behalf of our clients in Taipei. With a variety of American-styled corporate events and training programs, we can help bridge the cultural divides, as well as bring a little bit of home to employees working abroad.
WE HELP BRIDGE THE CULTURAL GAP While the people of the United States and the Taiwanese may grow up in vastly different circumstances, the reality is that the things we have in common far outnumber the things that keep us apart. We help see the best in one another. Regognizing ourselves in those we work with, we bridge the cultural divide and create a safe and friendly work environment.
We help your teams remove the borders that separate them from one another. We help them bridge the cultural divides and work together toward common goals.
We can entertain your celebratory getaways to exotic destinations throughout Asia. There are rewards for achieving goals that are quite worthwhile!
We provide a variety of business consulting services to better identify the causes of problems to root out the difficulties and come up with innovative ways to enhance the culture and processes that will enable your company to become stronger.
We can provide improv comedy, game shows, magic shows, and murder mystery dinners to entertain your company party for milestone events that will help your employees bond and feel appreciated.
For families and friends getting together, we have private party entertainment that can help make your special occasions even more special. We consult with you to come up with the best options for your group.
We can bring a wide range of keynote speakers to liven up your events and to help bring to light subjects that you would like to address. These can be experts, people who have experienced amazing adventures, authors, or comedic characters.
WE COME TO YOU!
We do not have our own venues. We come to any restaurant, hotel, resort, cruise ship, club, or home. We can work with groups of any size in whatever location you want. The specific location may impact the cost and we will discuss this with you.
Seniority and age are important. Don't introduce yourself. Someone will likly introduce you to the person most senior. There is usually a lack of shaking hands. Instead, usually there is a bowing. The depth of the bow depends on the difference in status between the people. The deeper the bow, the more respect is shown. In fact, actually insulting someone is considered a crime and may be prosecuted.
Probably not something you think about much. Who wants to fight? The point is, they don't fight fair. Better to back down then getting your tail kicked by a group. Face is a real thing. Give them a way to save face and get out of a conflict.
We take certain things for granted. Pedestrians have the right of way? Not so much! In fact, sidewalks are fair game for drivers. Look both ways. Look up and down and sideways! Be very careful as cars may come from anywhere. The best idea is to follow a local closely without looking like that is what you are doing.
Foreign employees get paid a LOT less than you will. It isn't so much a cultural thing about not discussing money, it's more that you will upset people. They know you earn more. Don't rub it in!
WE CARE FOR YOU! We care for you and your guests. We will discuss your desires for safety measures regarding Covid-19 and want you to feel secure in the knowledge that we are looking out for you, our client.
TAIWANESE CHOPSTICKS ETIQUETTE There are rules to follow!1) DO NOT BITE ON YOUR CHOPSTICKS2) DO NOT PLACE THEM ON YOUR TABLE3) DO NOT SUCK ON THEM OR LET THEM LINGER IN YOUR MOUTH4) DO NOT USE YOUR CHOPSTICKS IN A SOUP BOWL

We can operate corporate events in a bilingual environment. Let us know your concerns and we will adapt our approach to address your needs in our program. We will go over rates and fees and determine the best approach.
