Whether for a private party for family gatherings or a corporate event, we have seen it all and can help your group get great entertainment. We know that your event is not a comedy club. The normal fare of club comedians is not appropriate for your group, or likely even legal in the Persian Gulf or Arabian Peninsula. Our performers have clean material and know how to adjust to local law and the audience at hand. We are friendly in general, and family-friendly in performance.

Entertaining your group can take many forms. The most standard format is a stand-up comedian getting in front of your group and providing a comedic evening for everyone. The comedians can come from different backgrounds and their observations can come from a variety of sources. They often will interact with the audience and create improvisational moments that can surprise them. We would discuss your desired content and cast accordingly.

We can bring someone from the audience on stage and possibly roast them or honor them in some way appropriate for the occasion.

We can theme an evening based on holidays, history, or just about anything. We can even provide a white collar comedy tour or golfers.

Tropical Punch Comedy Rooms

Ask us about having more regular shows at your venue. We can produce regular shows on weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedules and even help organize Open Mics.

These shows can have one performer, multiple performers, or even themed nights. The comedians could all be golfers, cowboys, rappers, or just about any other kind of comedian that exists. We'd discuss the event with your facility and they can provide appropriate decorations for the evening.

Depending on the size of the audience, you would likely want to have a stand microphone with appropriate speakers. As this show is often in a banquet room, it is all the more important that people spread out throughout the room can all hear the show. Of course, if you have a more intimate group, sometimes it's better to have no technical assistance to have a more natural and intimate show. Keep in mind that this technical choice is yours, you take responsibility for the sound in the room, and know that every comedian might have their own desired equipment and settings.

WE SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE!
While our initial conversations will likely be in English, and most stand-up comedy shows are language specific, ask us how we might be able to accommodate other languages.

Similarly, you may wish to have staging and lights. Having a raised stage allows people further away from the stage to see more clearly and for voices to project. The stage lighting allows for the audience to sit in relative darkness, allowing them to laugh without the worry that other people are looking at them, which can hinder enjoyment. Likewise, adequate air conditioning helps. It may be counter intuitive but keeping an audience cool helps to warm them up.

We do not have our own venues. We come to any restaurant, hotel, resort, cruise ship, club, or home throughout Asia. We can work with groups of any size in whatever location you want from Southeast Asia, China, Japan and Singapore, to the Arabian Peninsula, India, Israel, and Turkey. The specific location may impact the cost and availability. We will discuss this with you.

All the ports, business centers and tourist destinations throughout Asia are accessible by our facilitators for team building, entertainment and training programs.

SOUTH KOREA

America has long had a close relationship with the southern half of the peninsula. We work with the US military bases as well as multi-national companies to enhance their relationships and improve morale.

TAIWAN

The companies that operate on the island are given to more stress due to the precarious nature of international tensions. Having a bit of escapist fun in Taipei or elsewhere can relieve that tension and allow the employees to concentrate on other things.

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. Is it more than just entertainment? If you are looking to show appreciation to clients or employees, for example, then we would take one approach. If it is family and friends, we might approach it differently. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY?

We need to know the city where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used, which can let us determine cost issues as well as legal hurdles that might be required. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options for the performance and have a better feel for the resources required. Knowing who might attend can impact language and content.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

Let us be honest. Operating in Asia, is not inexpensive. In fact, it can be quite costly. If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to try to operate at the lowest cost possible and not provide options to achieve the results that will exceed your requirements and expectations.
